To burn fat, don’t sweat it

She also played an important part in her father's cult. While her father was more directly associated with healing, she was associated with the prevention of sickness and the continuation of good health. More broadly, she ruled over matters of clean-living, washing, eating well, looking after yourself; actually of having a preventative attitude toward disease, and preventing the onset of illness in the first place rather than trying to cure. Her name is the source of the word "hygiene".
